• You can simply return goods that you do not like or do not meet your expectations - just send them to our warehouse with proof of purchase from us. We'll send you the money to your account immediately. Please return the goods in their original - if possible - undamaged packaging and without any signs of use, ie they should not be dirty, torn, scratched, etc. - only then can we process the return immediately. Of course, we expect the goods to be unpacked ;-).
  • Notice for customers - not taking over the consignment at the supply point is not a withdrawal from the purchase contract and therefore no claim for return of postage and packing. In such a case, the Albi E-shop may claim compensation for the costs incurred when shipping the shipment. To use the 30-day return period, it is necessary to accept the shipment.

  • All products in our e-shop are covered by the classic warranty period of 24 months - within this period you can claim production defects and malfunctions - first inform us about the complaint by mail ( or by phone (+420 224 239 469) - we will advise tell you how to proceed. In case of complaints we try to be as fast as possible - we will arrange picking up the goods by the courier (goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase with us) and after delivery of the goods to the warehouse we will refund the money or send new goods by exchange.
